I'm actually doing it
I actively practice home-scale permaculture on my suburban quarter-acre property, which serves as the foundation for my business. Through my own experiences, I share my discoveries and failures with clients, giving you confidence to implement your own systems. Each client's design plan is unique and designed to serve multiple purposes, creating resiliency and redundancy.
I work remotely
Using Google Earth Pro, I create site maps remotely for any property, taking into account factors such as sun, wind, and wildlife. With a network of permaculture mentors and peers, I never truly work alone. I've partnered with several online nurseries to source high-quality plants. My commitment to sourcing the best plants for my clients' projects is a key part of my approach.
I'm fostering community
I prioritize building relationships with clients and coaching them through implementation and skill-building. As part of my commitment to the community, I am currently developing an indoor container garden plan for a local nonprofit art studio, actively pursuing grants for this project. I always encourage my clients to share their designs with their neighbors to build community resilience by creating a network of growers.
